Belaire Property Management Residents who have been with us on their fourth year are automatically upgraded to VIP status on their rental anniversary. Starting on your fourth year anniversary of residency with Belaire Property management, it just keeps getting better.

At this point in your relationship you have demonstrated that you continue to pay rent on time when due, you keep a clean apartment, abide by the written rental agreement rules and regulations of the management; thereby qualifying you to the next plateau of special benefits we offer to our preferred residents.

• Retro Active VIP Status for long standing residents
• A professional cleaning service visit for one day
• A professional carpet cleaning service
• A new paint color in the room of your choice
• An upgrade to lighting fixtures in your rental
