Another added benefit for for being part of our Belaire Property Management LLC rental community is the Resident-Of-The-Month raffle awarded to residents who qualify to enter by paying their rents when due on, or before the first of the month.

The prize can be either a pizza party for the whole family, a $25 dollar gift card of the familiy's choice, or they may even take the gift as a deduction from the next month's rent. This is just another way we reward our residents for being a part of our Belaire Rental Community.
